The DDF083Z cordless Drill Driver is powered by 18V Li-ion battery (not included) and has variable speed control by trigger to deliver 500 up to 1,700 rpm for a wide range of drilling and fastening applications. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life and generates less heat build-up. The motor is electronically controlled to optimise battery energy use for up to 50 per cent longer run time per charge. The Drill Driver has 2 mechanical gears, high speed mode for speedy drilling in light duty applications and low speed mode for heavy duty applications requiring high torque.

The DDF083Z has 20 clutch settings and drill mode for added fastening control, electric brake, forward / reverse rotation and LED job light to illuminate the work area. A convenient ¼ hex chuck for quick bit changes.
